Make that change – Live the Life you want to Live!
Sunday 3rd February 2013 - 10.30 – 12.30
In this two hour talk, Deborah and Jo will share their own stories and explain the methods that helped them to transform their lives. Both holistic therapists, their passion now is to help others to fulfill their lives.
This session will give you the opportunity to explore what it is that you really want in life, and identify what you currently have in your life that you no longer want, or need.
Many of us operate on an old belief system. Often we believe in an outdated dream, one that may not suit us any longer. Sometimes we want what others expect us to have. Why not take this opportunity to discover what is it ‘you’ really want in your life right now?
- Identify what you currently have in life that you no longer want.
- Be careful what you wish for! Start to focus on what you truly want in life.
- Learn how to achieve this by using the Three Laws of Attraction
- Understand why stress is harmful in your life and learn to eliminate it by changing your physiology and thinking
- Understand more about the blocks that have held you back
This session is an introduction to making that change!
For further support and more in-depth work, Deborah and Jo are running monthly one-day workshops, as well as weekly courses to help you to live the life you want to live.
COST: £15 per person

New Life Path
Confronted by certain life challenges twenty years ago, I found myself on a path that lead me to heal myself, and study how our thought patterns either positively or negatively affect our lives. I’m honoured now to be using the techniques that have helped me, to help others access and clear deep rooted blocks and emotions that are holding them back. With the help of Neuro Linguistic Programming I help them identify and change negative programming and limiting beliefs to allow mind and body healing. (As featured in Kent Life Feb 2012)
Clients’ report their sessions to be enjoyable, helpful and fascinating as they gain more understanding about themselves, their past and current issues.
Areas of improvement that I have personally seen:
· Energy, happiness & confidence
· Health and sleep patterns
· Loss of fear in many areas (including driving tests)
· Phobias and allergies
· Panic attacks
· Relief from grief and help with acceptance
· Eating and weight issues
· Moving forward from abuse issues
· Skin complaints
· Excessive sneezing
· Pain & depression
· Alcohol dependence

· Challenges experienced in asperger/autism
Deborah Goodman
When I was 8 years old my father was diagnosed with Huntington’s disease, an illness that has been described as the slow, relentless destruction of a human being. I grew up with the knowledge that I had a 50% change of developing the devastating and incurable illness in my thirties and I lived under a black cloud of uncertainty for many years. I was literally petrified of what the future could bring.
I saw my father, aunt and two of my brothers suffer horribly with the illness and I found life quite challenging to say the least.
I had a stressful managerial job in London and I was struggling with my sadness and fear. I was at breaking point when I had a major life-changing experience in Costa Rica, and this was the beginning of my amazing healing journey.
I quit my job and went to an ashram in India to study yoga philosophy, and to recharge my mind, body and spirit in order to begin my new life. Without realizing it, I was already working with the Laws of Attraction but the more I got to know about it, the more amazing my life became. I had twenty years of negative self-programming to overcome and I wish I knew then what I know now.
I now live a more happy and free life, full of love and joy, as I do the work that inspires me. In my busy practice I work with people from all walks of life who have varied challenges, using touch therapy and inspirational guidance.
In the past few years I have raised over £16,000 for the Huntington’s Disease Association, trekked the Great Wall of China and climbed Mount Kilimanjaro.
I now have the tools to cope with whatever life has to throw at me and I can easily tap into the joy that is at the core of each and every one of us.
I have written a book about my life, which is currently with the editor. It will be available on Kindle and Amazon in 2013.
Life is great and continues to get better and better!
